One of the chefs who’ll be showing off his cooking chops is Frenchman Emmanuel Renaut (above), head chef of French restaurant Flocons de Sel, which was awarded three Michelin stars two years ago. Renaut’s offerings are lively and modern, and he’ll be collaborating with Stellar’s executive chef Christopher Millar on the menus at Stellar over the course of two days (the latter has previously teamed up with other international Michelin-starred chefs including Jean-Franҫois Piège from renowned Paris dining establishment Le Grand).

Held only on Oct 25 and 26, choose between an eight-course lunch ($280+) or a 10-course dinner ($480+) to enjoy delectable dishes like a parsnip and red beetroot gnocchi and spaghetti that’s been lightly smoked with Alba white truffles. Don’t miss out on pairing dishes with a premium selection of wines either: all are 90 points and above (based on an international ranking scale for wine, bottles that surpass this range are outstanding), and have been carefully curated by Robert Parker Wine Advocate’s established team of international wine critics. Reserve a table here or email reservations@1-altitude.com
